Fire Atir & Tenesha!!! I had an awful experience at this parking garage. I was with my 6-year-old child who had a fractured hand, and despite explaining the situation, the staff refused to let us in. Not only was there zero consideration for the child’s injury, but about 30 seconds later they started letting everyone else in—clearly showing that their refusal had no valid reason. To make matters worse, the staff—Atir and Tenesha—were shockingly rude and disrespectful. Their attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. In a situation where a little compassion would’ve gone a long way, they chose to be hostile and unaccommodating instead. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with families and emergencies. They seriously need to retr

The parking lot attendant was SUPER RUDE AND Belligerent because I told him I didn’t need any help pulling the ticket out of the machine. Wow, incredible. I’m also reporting him to the mall office.

There is a charge of $5. And yet, the faculties are just as any regular parking lot. There are no light marking for drivers to see if there are open spots from afar, so everyone is pretty much driving around. It’s nothing but a money grab. This, despite horrendous pricing in the outlets.
