Parking garage concert

I have never parked there, I don't go near Detroit but they send me bills for parking there. They send me a picture of the entery and exit of a car looks like my plate but the car is a black Ford car and mine is white and gmc, this car put a orange sticker on the buttom of a letter on the plate so it looks like my plate when I called them they said they don't go by the model or the color of the car really if you check the registration you will see it's not the same car. Why don't they just pick that car out of their lot if they are not paying the tickets cause I am not. Like any normal garage why don't collect by cash or cred card at the exit time. They are hoping to charge more for delays . This is a horrible parking garage.looks like they have horrible ratings too.

Paid on SpotHero then also got charged by the garage 👎🏻. Can’t find a way to get a hold of anyone to dispute.

Needs easier access and directions to the elevator. We were on level 5 and had to walk it all because there are no clear direction to elevators.
