DONT PARK HERE. This place is the worst. You’ll be stuck here for hours. We are currently stuck on the seventh floor and no one will answer our calls or help us. They won’t send someone to do their job of directing traffic. Now they expect us to pay the extra money for sitting here for hours. It’s BS.
One of the worst parking garages. You’ll be stuck inside for hours. They won’t send any help and the police won’t help either. Park anywhere else but here. The street is probably better than this place.
Des Moines Register employees have parked here since 2013!
The worst parking garage to get out of for events or even the farmers market. Took an hour plus just to leave. Save your sanity and time and park elsewhere.
Not recommended. Price as of 05/2022 for non-event days. Is this a joke right? Way too expensive! 2h16 for $8 9h12 for $16 I'm not a type of one star guy so i give it 2. But this is ridiculous. FYI.You can now park at the city's parking garage nearby. Cost me $7 for 9hrs
