Parking Garage for 111 Congress Avenue

Do not park here. The machine would not scan the Fareground receipt for the discounted rate. Ppl on the call were unhelpful, cars could not exit. Some had paid and the gate would not open, for some the machine just ate the ticket and wouldn't scan the Fareground receipt for discounted rate AND would not return the ticket. After 40 minutes we found a security guard who got things moving and eventually opened the gate and gave us the proper discounted rate

Garage is safe, convenient. Prices are outrageous-$86 for 24 hours Memorial Day Sunday. No ticket was given my machine. Will never use this garage.

If you are coming here for Fareground, you will only get free 90 min parking with a purchase from Fareground. The all day parking on weekends means that the 90 minute countdown starts once you enter the lot at any time during the day. Be warned!! If you surpass the 90 mins, you will be hit with an outrageous fee.

Do not park here. The garage next door for the convention centre is $20 a day maximum. The 111 garage is $14 an hour.

Definite Rip-off. Sign said "$7/hr" but I was charged $49 for 3 hrs parking! Who do I call to complain? Receipt has no contact info.
