Parking Garage

I booked this parking under the assumption that there was 24 hour surveillance and an attendant. They boast how safe and secure their parking is. Well, there is no parking attendant and if the shuttle driver isn’t there, then no one to give you any information. So, I parked there one week. When I returned, I found my car had been vandalized and the catalytic converter had been cut out from under my car! I went to the lobby, and was told they’re not responsible for any theft or damage. I asked how is that possible when you advertise 24 hour surveillance. The security person told me, Oh, it happens all the time. It’s just common in Miami now. I asked for surveillance cameras because I wanted to see! I was told they don’t really have enough cameras to cover the parking lot, but that I cou

DO NOT PARK HERE! NOT SECURE! I returned from a 10 day trip and my truck was gone. My license plate was "stolen" off of my vehicle while parked in this lot, and security had it towed for "sitting there a week with no tag". The lot is very secure, and my tag was on the truck when I parked. This is a scam between the "security" here, and King's Wrecker Services to rip off long term parkers. Parking=$110 Uber=$55 New plate=$44 Towing=$185. Can't even get a return phone call from these people. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Vehicle stayed safe and unharmed though instructions for how to get out were not clear had to pull to gate talk to the speaker found out had to repark go into front desk for qr code but staff was awful nice

Second time we have parked here. Secure. Shuttle to the airport is good. Nice people. Easy in and out.
