I had a Spot Hero reservation but the entrance to the garage was blocked with a sign that it was full and only monthly pass holders could use the garage. I went to that entrance and pressed the button to speak with an attendant. I explained the problem to one attendant and then got disconnected. I called another attendant, who said they couldn't help me. I won't try using this garage again.
