This place is a scam, currently. That wasn't always the case, but now it is. Currently the only Time option is $60 for 24hrs. If you want to park for 30 minutes be prepared to pay $60. They label it as "Public Parking" but by parking there you accept their terms and conditions. Judging from the other reviews, I'd assume they hope to catch you parking without paying so they can just fine you instead (probably 60$), or tow your vehicle.

Paid $20 for 3 hours of parking then walked 50 feet up Main Street to see another parking garage that only charges $9 for 3 hours. Super annoying how expensive this garage is, especially since the other one looked way nicer. This one also doesn’t have a gate to get a ticket when you enter, and you have to walk to a very specific spot to scan a QR code to pay on your phone. They make it really easy to think it’s okay not paying, but we saw someone with a $65 ticket.

Don’t park here. We received a ticket on our car just 3 minutes after leaving it for lunch. We had paid for 2 hours ($14!) and received a $60 ticket. Terrible service. I’m in the battle of trying to not pay.

Beware of public parking. Awful signage pretending they are city parking. They claim it's "public parking" but it's not, it's PRIVATE parking. Purposefully luring people to park there and issue $60+ tickets for 1 hour. Diamond Parking is a scam company and no one should use this "private" parking spot.
