Parking Garage

I had a good experience. Drop the vehicle off, they asked if we had a reservation. Told them I did. They do valet parking. Gave them the keys. So when I was ready to go get my vehicle. Went back told them which vehicle I had and drove off.

Paid for a spot using spothero. When I got there they wouldn’t honor the reservation even though they had a big spothero sign. I dint have time to leave and look around so I had to pay AGAIN, and deal with spothero to get my money back for the first payment. Would not use them again.

Had a great experience with this garage. Reasonably priced and the customer service was very good. I told the person that we may not be back until around 10pm. He said, "no problem" and then gave us a code to open the roll-up door in case they were closed when we got back. They were indeed closed and the code worked like a charm. Thank you for a surprising great parking experience...never thought I'd ever say those words.

Safe overnight parking. This entire parking reservation process and the actual service provided were excellent in every aspect. Spothero Parking Reservation at 1636 Powell St. - North Beach Parking Valet Garage could not have been better. The parking attendants at both our arrival and checking out were very friendly and helpful and that location is now on my list of places to go for parking..

Pulled up after struggling to find parking for an evening event. Employee asked how long I would be, I told him "oh a few hours". He let me know it would be fine. Came back to a locked parking garage. No hours posted on site.
