Parking Management Company

I have been a long time resident more than one year here across different management company. M3 equities came in and we thought they were going to be good. However they recently partnered with Park M LLC for our parking needs unfortunately these people are a scam. Why does a one year leaseholder have to renew their parking permit every month. that is predatory, illegal, and wrong since it’s not included in our lease! your guest will have to pay money to stay like $.75 and possibly be towed. Make sure if you are looking to stay here you ask about the parking IN YOUR LEASE and get something in writing . We did speak with someone from ParkM and he hung up on me and my attorney when we called to ask about the email that they sent residents regarding the parking and why it doesn’t tell reside
