So predatory. Rates aren't posted, and time starts the moment you scan, not park. Spread the word! If you get overcharged by this company, dispute the transaction. These guys have a terrible track record.

Qr Code was not working- overcharged for non event parking on Marietta Street- when on their site LAZ lot popped up and I paid ended up being charged $51 including a service fee what freagin service they attempted to add on a $45 additional charge

I used a metropolis parking lot for the first time last week. I was a bit suspicious at first as it’s fully automated… I did accidentally leave the parking lot a few seconds over my allotted time and got charged $15 for the few extra seconds! I thought this can’t be right so I sent them an email. The first person who got back to me seemed to be a robot however I was then reached out to by someone who actually took my request into consideration. They refunded me the over charged portion. I appreciate the company having some humanity it’s refreshing to see them do the right thing.

This is the most deceitful parking company I've ever used! NO POSTED pricing! When you scan the sign it tells you they have a $40.00 fee for a 12hr stay and that it will automatically charge your car for the length of your stay when you pull out of the lot! It doesn't automatically end your time when you leave the lot. And it doesn't only charge you for the time you were in the lot. I had to logon the next day looking for my charges because i never received a text or an email giving me my total. I parked for a Nashville Sounds Baseball game. We arrived at 6:30pm and left at 9:30! I was charged $45.00 for a 3hr stay, So i was charged for 12 hours regardless. I could've parked in the next lot for $15.00. Of course I disputed this and they DID NOTHING! I will never use this company in any cit

This company has taken over the parking in Downtown Decatur. I have lived here my entire life and can remember when it was free. But I get it gotta make a dime. However this company only gives you to options to park on Church St. 30mins for $3.00 or 3hrs. For $15.99...thats insane...I was at lunch on the square (including walking time/leaving) for 42mins. I went to add time just so I would be able to walk back and it made me add 3hrs. Charing me 15.99 for a 40min visit. When I contacted them they just so sorry we told you the two options and no refunds. So that's fine...but I will be letting you all and them know what poor customer service and company they have. Hopefully the city of Decatur and others would think twice on using this company or the company actually being like a meter (like
