Parking New Orleans

I gave it 2 stars so you will read!!!! DON'T PARK HERE!!!!! Expensive, no accountability and no refund! My truck was broken into, glass everywhere and expecting to leave the next day. Thank you SAFELITE for fixing my window before I left to go back up North. Let's just say I wont be in New Orleans anytime soon. That city should be condemned. Just to mention I parked next to a light pole with cameras. WOW cameras.... what can they do to solve a crime scene. I guess NOLA PD was to busy, OH and they called me at 1030pm 12 hours after it happened.

Someone stole our catalytic converters from our truck while being here. Can not get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails.

If you are going to have holiday rates, this should be known in the app, and the dollar amount charged for 30mins extra is the same as for 2 hours. If this was known upfront, customers could prepay for more time than try to add more time in the end. The cost was unreasonable for 30 minutes extra. Be warned and cautious when parking here, adding more time.

Expensive parking, but sometimes you just got to pay to be near. Beware of the homeless they have some tricks. One involves your shoes being in New Orleans and they spray stuff on them. Didn't get us cause I already knew about it. Also they will take crummy pictures for you and then demand cash. Sad to see all the graffiti in the area, it wasn't there last time we visited.
