Google experience Paid online at spot hero Guy tried to charge em an extra 22$ He said that oh there a 10$ bigger vehicle fee for and suv Fine I said inlaid 12.99 and I’ll pay the 10 I’m not paying an additional 22 Back and forth we went I could barely understand him. This freaking other lady was standing there in the way enjoying listening to my dilemma so may karma hit her. Either way, I was about to say call the law enforcement I’m not no stupid tourist. I’m not laying 35$ for a 3hr parking idc. So he changed me the ten and I left. I wanted to report them to the Better business bureau

Do not park here if you dont want your car damaged! Skyline Garage valet drove my car out before the gate completely opened , causing over $10,000 in damages to the car roof and antenna. Their manager Patricio is a con-man, he lies about escalating the claim process and assures you all is alright while sitting and collecting checks. I took the car to a multiple bodyshops who quote me $10,000 to replace the entire roof. Skyline Garage management Johnny Baron said the repairs cost is too high and said if I dont go to their own partnered bodyshop they would not reimburse my costs, which is an shady tactic to give you the cheapest repair. In the end I had to file repairs through my own insurance. Avoid at all costs because if they ever damage your car, good luck getting them to reimburse you.

Negligent, Uninsured, and Completely Unresponsive – Avoid at All Costs!!! If you value your car and your peace of mind, stay far away from this garage. Their valet crashed my car, and despite claiming to be “self-insured,” they have done absolutely nothing to take responsibility. Initially, someone from their team did reach out and asked us to file a claim form. But after submitting everything, we heard nothing—no updates, no follow-ups, no responses for over four months. We had no choice but to use our own insurance to cover the repairs. This place is a complete scam. They damage your car and then disappear, leaving you to deal with the costs. Do not trust them with your vehicle!

Be warned: don’t expect to actually be able to get your car out of this garage. This garage has no ramps and only has two elevators to move cars into and out of the garage. They’re broken so frequently it’s honestly baffling, and when that happens the cars just pile up in the elevator bay and onto the sidewalk. As a car owner, you have no recourse in this situation and are completely dependent on the elevators being fixed. That, in and of itself, is more difficult than it sounds, as I’ve seen the manager of this garage fight with an elevator technician to the point where the technician had to call their office and inform them the manager was interfering with his ability to do his job. Park here at your own risk.

I am a resident of Skyline Tower and have a monthly parking space. I dropped off my car and only use it on weekends. Upon getting it the following weekend, the front bumper/spoiler on my car had been damaged, cracked, and chipped. I filed a claim and didn’t hear back for over a month. I had to call and follow up for an update just for them to provide me with a status update of a rejected claim. Justification for rejecting the claim was because I had briefly departed despite having clear photo evidence with time stamps, revealing that the car was pulled out 1-2 minutes after the valet service brought the vehicle to the front.
