If I could put 0 starts I most definitely would. Worst VALET company and irresponsible management. Valet crashed my car and they would not admit to it until I asked to see camera footage and all of a sudden they owned up to it. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks to get someone to pay for the damages and they are the worst send me straight to voicemail, ignore my calls I have to call private to get an answer. DONT LEAVE your car with these people especially at the hospital. Did not respond to the damages that were done

Elite Hospitality was absolutely phenomenal. I met the staff and they were completely accommodating prior to the event and during the wedding. I advised the team of an outside event that happened to be right outside of my wedding venue, when we found out, the day of the wedding. James called me to let me know that it would be a challenge, but that they would work through it and have everything handled. Michael was extremely responsive. Our guests were completely happy. Will definitely recommend in the future!

Good afternoon On Monday August 5th, around 3:30 I was a patient at 401 Lakeville Road in New Hyde Park. The valet guy hit my car. I called, texted and emailed and everyone is always in a meeting. I am without a car for 14 days and all I am getting is the run around from them. This is disgusting and the public should be very careful with this company.

The absolute worst experience ever. They never showed up to my event and didn't even have the courtesy to return any of my phone calls. Michael Flynn is a liar and completely untrustworthy. This company should never be hired. I wish I could negative stars for the complete lack of responsibility this man and his company had for his customers. Never hire them.
