No reentry last day. Caused an issue as we had a very early morning dropoff for interview and could not return to park for checkout of AC Marriott. Scanning QR code for entry exit proved difficult for some drivers which caused a backup on entering or exiting while they tried to scan or create QR code. You have to hold your QR code lower then you think to operate. You also need a phone with good data coverage as you have to create a QR code to enter or exit.

New system wouldn’t send verification code to let me out. Tried on wife’s phone, same issue unable to create account. Parked here 4 separate times over the year, now they change the system and won’t sent verification code to phone. 30” wasted on nonsense

EV-Chargers by EV go show available and working but don’t charge called EV go they informed me they were all down for an unknown amount of time. How does valet or hotel staff not know this. So stupi!

I work next door to the parking garage. When the new system came in play Anthony Coggins was extremely professional and helpful. Every single time I had a question or issue he went above and beyond expectations! He is friendly and seems to enjoy what he does.
