Parkline Miami South Parking Garage

I live at Parkline South, and the valet service for the garage is catastrophic. I had to wait over an hour to get my car back even after requesting it in the app. This level of service is not acceptable.

Horrendous experience every single time I need to get my car. The website will say to head to the valet stand, but you will end up waiting an extra hour by valet. I barely see any cars being brought down and don’t think those responsible for this task are even working at this point. There is no reason anyone should ever wait more than 5-10 minutes for valet to bring them their car.

I live at Parkline it’s been the 2 nd time that I’m arriving late to my job because the valet took 1 hour and more to bring my car Another story one day my car was working but the keys was not inside the car I pay the locksmith to make 2 others key but the valet supposed to pay because the valet lost the key it’s no acceptable I complain every time to the supervisor or manager but don’t give a shit

Terrible service. If you use it monthly, you can be sure that you won't be able to use your car. You request the car and most of the time it takes more than 40 minutes to receive it. I once had to call an Uber to go to my appointment because I waited more than an hour and didn't receive my car. The staff treats the residents with disdain, they don't care. They lost my car key, now my charging adapter, and you send complaints to the Manager and get no response. You pay a high price to receive poor service.
