We worked with Paul at Parks Construction to do a remodel of our kitchen and bathrooms as well as paint our entire downstairs (which was a big job due to needing to do a lot of prep work). From the very beginning, Paul was patient and spent a great deal of time with me answering all of my questions and working through ideas to be sure that the project ran smoothly and in a timely manner. When we did have minor hick ups (just like on HGTV--they are to be expected) he dealt with those quickly and got the issue resolved. My new kitchen and bathrooms are exactly what I envisioned and I could not be happier! Everyone at Parks Construction communicates so well. Any question is answered quickly. James Park built us a beautiful quality home where we’ll raise our kids. Several of our friends in the construction buss. have visited and are impressed with their attention to detail. James and team thanks for all the good work you did in enclosing our back patio. We have gained a significant amount of living space, and we are using it for both practical reasons (office) and for hobbies or just enjoyment inn looking at the lake or beautiful sunsets. The addition also helped free up space within the house, so we are now better organized and enjoy more practical room in the initial floor space. We are very pleased how you made the extension meld perfectly with the existing exterior and all say they can't tell where the extension begins. Likewise people are struck by the extensive area now enclosed and how well laid out and also how striking the interior is with the cedar planked ceiling and beautiful casement windows.
