Parkway Oil has the worst customer service of any oil company I've ever dealt with. Plain and simple. Weather its home heating oil delivery, or their service dept. I'd avoid doing business with this company at all costs. 2 years back, I called them to come and take a look at my central air conditioning unit. Their technician came out, and told me i needed an entire new system and quoted me $16k for the job. I got a second opinion, and the other guy opened up the unit, replaces a small wire, and the units been running fine ever since. He charged me $100 Last week i placed an order for oil delivery, when the oil truck pulled up in from of my house, the driver refused to walk over the snow, to get to my oil fill. I have been using Parkway Oil since I bought my house in 2015 (cause my mom used them prior) and today (Thursday) when I called for a somewhat urgent delivery, I was told Monday was the earliest they could deliver. I asked if they could get me in sooner as I knew I would run out (and didn't think it would be a hard request since I would imagine they allocate for customer emergencies and given I haven't called with an emergency maybe twice in 10 years so not a habitual offender) and was told NO. When I asked to speak to a Manager, I was told they would just tell me the same thing. Called somewhere else, who will be coming out Friday and for less money.

Just got a call from Parkway, claiming I had an open account with them. Which i do not, & as I tried telling this wicked lady who answered the phone that I had gas for the past few years. As well as trying to proceed to tell her to stop calling me with foolishness, She got indignant & then hung up on me. These people are rude and ignorant! If parkway is hiring people who can't keep records straight then this company is doomed for failure! Especially with ignorant and uneducated employees! **your written response is acknowledged; however it doesn't explain the rudeness I encountered with the phone call yesterday. An apology would have been best.

I have been using Parkway Oil for over 5 years. Their fuel oil prices are consistently lower than any other company. I also use them for Fall oil boiler tune-ups. Always competent and professional. A+

I am satisfied with Parkway Oil Co. Inc. Parkway Oil Co. Inc. was the only company willing to install the piping service as I specified from my new above ground oil tank to my furnace and hot water heater. On a humorous note, my above ground tank is located in an enclosure in the left front of my property. The last delivery driver arrived at my property and could not locate the tank enclosure. I pointed to the enclosure, clearly visable in the front yard which had a sign on it indicating "OIL TANK". Quite humerous to us both.
