Easy to park and find your spot after. Elevators and levels are clearly marked. You can get a little discount for parking here while visiting the aquarium.

They had false advertising. They don't state anywhere that the holiday market discount is only for up to 6 hours. And when I had to call for help, the speaker was talking from the other kiosk. Overall, it was false advertisement on their behalf for the Baltimore Holoday Marker.

Paid for the parking but there was a huge crowd for elevator due to some rock music festival. Had to wait forever to get the elevator. Apparently exceeded 7 mins of the cut of time to drive out and got an additional charge of 14$ actual parking cost was only 19$. It quite stupid having to pay before going back to car if we have to pay at the gate anyway. Overall big scam. People going to to the aquarium should try to park elsewhere as it might be cheaper overall.

Very convenient, and a nice parking garage. We went to the aquarium and when validating our ticket we got $15 off the parking fee. HOWEVER, do not pay for your parking until you are in your car and at the gate. We paid on the way to the car but you only have 15 minutes to exit or they'll charge you again. It took us 21 minutes and we were charged an extra $14. Very disappointed about that, feel like they trick you into the extra fee because if you parked on an upper level it would be tough to get out in 15 minutes even if you were trying.

We received the discounted rate due to our visit to the aquarium, but ended up paying full price regardless because we got to the gate 20 minutes after paying. We had to spend extra time trying to get a receipt since the printer was out of paper, causing us to miss the allotted time. A complete scam by these parking garages to collect easy money from people.
