Me and my friends always go to regal cinemas and every time we leave this parking lot they try to overcharge us! It clearly says on the wall that for regal cinemas, 0-4 hours is $2 with validation. They always charge more and then you are forced to beg them to change the rate! It is such a hassle and what’s worst is if your movie ends after midnight then they try to charge a $20 overnight fee even if you were only there for less than two hours which is insane. No one would go to a movie that ends after midnight if they know they charge you $20 which is more than the movie ticket price. This is going to take money away from the theatre, and until this is fixed we will not be going to late night movies!!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars! This review pertains to the Ansel and Blvd44 parking locations in Rockville. The cost of parking in Rockville Town Square specifically ParkX is absolute robbery. The signage doesn’t indicate the true cost and the overnight parking rate is astronomically high. My wife parked at 9:49pm (10/26) and left at 8:36am (10/27). She was charged $44 for 1 night!!! How is this possible for ROCKVILLE on a weekday night? This isn't the Mandarin hotel nor The Warf (both are expensive, but expected). The company never responds to emails and I understand why people are hesitant about coming to Rockville Town Square, it's killing local business just ask local business owners. This needs to change.

Had same issue as JoyJ for evening parking, but won’t ever happen again. Just learned there is a FREE county deck that’s a 5 minute walk down the street at the corner of Monroe and Jefferson if you are there on weekends or leaving the deck after 1230am on a weekday.

AVOID - This place will charge you a full day’s parking of $20 if you punch out after 12 midnight even if you came to a 9:30pm movie and have been there less than three hours. If you call them, they will not resolve your issue. I’m sure they’re making a ton of money on people like this, and have no interest in repairing the situation.

If you park from 11:59pm to 12:00am it will cost 20$, no matter what. do not park here.
