Terry was great! He was honest and sincere. Fair price to replace the orifices he changed out for us and saved us thousands of dollars on noticing an over flow of water on our patio. We called Parnell Plumbing out for our hot water heater and then to replace a the wax seal on our toilet. They did a fantastic job on both with very reasonable prices. They're very honest with what needs to be done. We're first time homeowners and it's been quite the learning curve in terms of who to go to for repairs. Parnell Plumbing is the best plumbing company with whom I've ever dealt. They are fast, efficient, competent, and inexpensive. They just replaced my two toilets, and when I decide to redo my kitchen sink, I'm going to call them again.
