Our roof was damaged during last year’s hailstorm, and our insurance company approved coverage for the replacement cost. I contacted multiple contractors for quotes and was surprised by the level of dishonesty I encountered. Many refused to provide a quote without first seeing the insurance estimate, clearly intending to match it rather than offer a fair, upfront price. Out of nearly ten contractors, only two provided honest quotes without requesting my insurance information. We are incredibly grateful for Partridge Roofing! To make a very long story short, when we were buying our house and negotiating the roof replacement, the purchase got sticky and the sellers were mean. Through all of it, Joe and Paul were so helpful, patient, and understanding with us and the sellers. We fought to keep them as the roofers through the contract extension of the sale because they run such an upstanding and honest business and we have been so impressed with them from the very beginning when they came to quote the job. Their team works well together and they did beautiful work. We also really appreciated how they worked to find a better solution for our attic venting. We are very happy with our new roof!

My roof had hail damage from this last storm, and I had Partridge Roofing put on a new roof. My brother had just had his roof replaced by this company and was very pleased. I felt their estimate was fair, and even asked them to replace the guttering. I’m not a roofing person, but I think my house looks great now! They cleaned everything up, and came out after they were finished and used a large magnet to pick up the nails in my yard.
