I called over 12 hrs ago. The you g lady that answered was friendly enough, that's the ONLY reason for the one star. She asked me info and my car and the assistance I needed and said a technician would call me soon to make sure my "phone line was open". It's almost 14 hrs later and still no phone call. It threw me off a little when I called the number and it was a Texas number, then when I didn't get receive a call, I looked at the reviews (guess I should have done that first, but when you're desperately in need of help) and I'm thinking that maybe this business is just a scam, a front for something else. Definitely something off when a business doesn't want to make a few hundred bucks.

Had to give a one star so could put comment. Called in the morning for lock out house now almost one o'clock no body has called. So don't waste your time with this service it is poor at its best for sure. And I actually talked to a real person. So my rating actually is a big fat ZERO times 10.

We were stuck without our key at a gas station and called. They said they’d have a technician call asap to assist us. We waiting 2 hours and never heard from anyone. If you’re ever stranded DO NOT count on them because they could care less.

Called for a house lockout and they called back and said they dont service the part of pittsylvania county I live in. After the website says they do
