Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric

Jose - our heat/air technician, is a rare gem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and a great representative. Hopefully, Paschal will price its various services in a reasonable & fair manner - and not “high” like private equity owned firms.

The service man actually came early. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It did not take him long to do two systems. He was very personable. He explained to service plans available adequately. I picked a plan and signed up.

Phillip was FANTASTIC for our plumbing needs!! So personable and thorough making sure everything was in perfect working order. Would absolutely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

They called me instead of my son who lives there. I specifically told them to call him and gave them his number. They said they would definitely call him. Instead they called me at 7:40 and woke me up. They sent an invoice for duct cleaning after they finished which we didn’t have done. It wasn’t even the work the guy told me on the phone was needed. Very confusing. They set up a time for another guy to come out next week without even confirming that with us. Just a weird situation. When I tried to call I only got a computer. So far I am not pleased with this change of companies. We didn’t pay so it was in our pre paid maintenance package. The following questions aren’t applicable but there is no free section to mark.

Tim from Robison Air charged my landlord $317 to test out AC system for a leak. He was only here for a half hour! Never again will I use Robison Air not recommend them EVER. This was a scheduled service call and not holiday hours.
