Paseo Nuevo Parking

Looking for somewhere to park for Fiestas? Or just in general in down town Santa Barbara? This is our go to spot. I park at Paseo Nuevo Parking Structure regularly, and Mike’s exceptional customer service always impresses me. He’s friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, making my parking experience smooth and hassle-free. I’ve been parking here for over a year and Mike’s professionalism truly makes a difference. Highly recommend this place, largely due to Mike's outstanding service and feeling welcomed and safe. Clean and lighting is great. 10/10

Easy-ish in/out with first 75min free and low per hour price.

When you exit the parking lot, IF you leave BEFORE 75 minutes of your parking stay is up, it's free parking. Mine was free, and I didn't have to even scan my card at the exit. It read it all the way from the cupholder inside my car, and let me out. Super cool and quick 👍😗

Great covered parking lot. I don't remember how much it costs, but I believe the first 75 to 90 minutes are free and the hourly rate was fairly reasonable, nothing alarming. I tend to park here whenever I'm on State St, connected to the Paseo nuevo outdoor shopping mall and pretty much dead center to everything on State St.

You're probably wondering why someone would review a parking lot. I happen to work in the mall this lot is located at and have spent hundreds of dollars over the course of seven years for the convenience of being closer to my job. Today when I arrived to work the gate to enter was raised due to a motorcycle taking a ticket and parking inside the lot rather than in the free motorcycle parking that is to the immediate right of the gate. Whatever, no big deal, his choice. I arrived at 12:30pm which camera footage would have supported if the gentleman working the parking office had checked. Upon leaving I went to the parking office and informed the gentleman of the situation. He kindly said "got it, pull up and ill help you out".
