We ordered 4 1/2 yards of concrete . We called at 9am to confirm they will be sending the truck at 10 am . The concrete arrived at 11:20 apparently the concrete came burnt or defective . The concrete slab completely cracked . Unfortunately because we decided to give Paso de Norte a try with their concrete now it’s costing us Our business reputation .. we have tried to reach out to them and they haven’t decided to take no responsibility over their defective concrete. Apparently we aren’t the only ones with a bad review .

I give this company 1 star because there is no option for less. So we hired this company to supply us with cement for a concrete slab we were going to lay in my parents backyard for Saturday Sept. 24, 2022. The Friday before my Father received a call that the cement would be delivered between 8:00 am to 8:30am. on Saturday morning. My father hired some workers to help us out on Saturday and told them to be there by 7am. We all prepared the work site and waited for the cement to arrive. 8:30 arrived and no cement truck. 9:30 arrived and still nothing. After 10:30am we started to get worried so we called the company and no one answered. My dad went to the different addresses listed and could not find anyone to speak to. We waited until 12 noon still hoping that by some miracle the

i order 7 yards of concrete and the concrete was not a good quality like the ones i order on other company's. concrete took days to dry completely and also cracked in some areas .plus it has a green creamy color that made me had a hard time when i stamp it..i don't recommend this concrete .

How is this okay? You come and throw your leftover concrete in a random place...

Great prices but very unreliable time I ordered Tuesday for a Saturday job Saturday came I had to call him back to find out where the truck was and they never placed the order I placed another order for that day and they never showed up I placed an order for the following Saturday it was supposed to be here at 11 and it did not show up till 1250 by that time already sent the guys home they had to take the concrete back
