Tom was very quick to come out, check my furnace when I called. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He’s been the same man who’s come help me and my mother’s house a couple years now. Nothing but professional guys. Would strongly recommend.

I have been a customer of Passanisi Services for a number of years. Mr. Tom Passanisi cleaned and repaired our furnace for many years. I recently had to replace our furnace and called Passanisi Services for a quote. Four days later our new furnace was installed. The installation was fast and efficient. We had a power surge at our home and it appeared the gas furnace was toast. Passanisi Heating and Cooling arrived and was able to diagnose that the issue was the thermostat which was way cheaper than a computer board on the furnace. Can't say enough good things about their service.
