I reached out to Pat because our toilet was continuously running water and he was there within a couple of hours. He started on small repairs to help with cost but we ended up needing a new toilet but he worked with us and had us taken care of in no time. I appreciated that he communicated everything he was doing and what our options were. His wife was also very sweet and helped with taking payment over the phone.

After my wife posted her rather uncomfortable experience with the plumber who serviced our home this last week, we have received both an intimidating voicemail and written letter from the owner containing false legal threats of action (and was "served" to us by two unknown individuals in what I can only assume was another fake legal intimidation attempt) unless I removed her review and issued a public apology. I found this very unprofessional, and intentionally intimidating, especially since her review described my wife’s personal experience and feelings about comments that made her personally feel uncomfortable while she was home alone with my child (as she mentions in her review is why she wasn't comfortable in calling out his behavior in person). We came home from vacation to discover a hot water leak under our tile floor. When Pat discovered the water pipe was located in the foundation & not the slab where it should have been, he did many tests to find it but because it was in the foundation he said it could be anywhere from the mark where the detection company said to 20-25 ft away and suggested we reroute the pipes otherwise he would need to continue making more holes in our tile floor. He talked to our insurance adjuster to explain the problem and they agreed- rerouting was the best way to go. The manifold in the bathroom needed to be located and because of that, our one piece fiberglass tub had to be replaced. The manifold was exactly where Pat thought it was. Pat and his crew are fantastic We needed sewer repairs in our rental house and major water leak in our business They were professional prompt and never gave up finding the water leak and repaired it. Thank you again

Pat came out on a Sunday to repair a water leak in my wall. Very professional! Got the job done. Also came back to fix a bunch of other plumbing problems.
