Paterson Iron Works

I'm not sure what happened. I picked this place because it had good reviews and the price was reasonable. The people were also friendly and was easy to work with. From the beginning, Felix (the only welder), kept touting that he prides in his work and quality and has been welding for decades. After receiving the final product and sadly after they had gone, I noticed some issues and asked them to come and fix it, like the stairwell bottom post not being 90 degrees. But after 10 days from our previous contact, I've yet to hear from them.. so here I am warning others to hopefully not get into the same situation as I did. It pains me to write this, as the rail from a distance looks nice and would've been better if they'd just spent a little more time on the welds. Edit: they came to offer to

Anthony the owner the nicest guy ever when you talk to him: Hired his company to do the railings and it was supposed to be primed and paint . After installation the workers said they don’t have enough paint and they will come back on Monday to paint the railings. The owner Anthony said he will come back to paint them by himself the next day didn’t showed up and have not been answering my phone calls and messages since then. Railings are looking terrible without paint. Go somewhere else….!

Very helpful when it came to need a quick install on a property we own. They gave me a decent time frame and stayed in communication with me when there was a change in date. Pricing was spot on and not over priced like most railing companies will charge you. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their railings.

I dealt with Anthony the owner for my new railings for the front of my home. I told him I wasn’t sure how I wanted the railings to look. He gave me a couple beautiful ideas that were perfect for the front of my home. After deciding, his price was extremely fair for the work that he was doing and he was very professional the entire process. He did exactly what he promised and finished the project on schedule like he promised and my railings came out PERFECT! I’ve had so many compliments on the railings.
