I have a 15 year-old Speed Queen set that have never had a problem, but my dryer stopped working properly so I did the old "appliance repair near me" thing to try find someone. Pate's had good reviews and they were close by, so I gave them a call. I had to leave a message, but he called me back in a couple of hours. He said he might be able to get me in later today, but definitely by tomorrow...I got lucky, he was able to get by that afternoon. He identified the part that had failed and got an order for next day delivery. I was able to meet up with him the next day and the repair was done in less than an hour. Quick and efficient. I won't hesitate to use him again.
