Jeff Tracy of Patio Enclosures, was great to work with. Everything I was told was done in a timely manner. And we have nothing but high marks on the workmanship of there crew & staff. We are really enjoying the ability to use the sun room in good & bad weather.

We have had the WORST experience with Patio Enclosures. We had our porch enclosed in May 2025. After complaining 4 times to our salesman, Frank Blue (who seems like a nice guy) someone finally came out in June saying they would fix everything. We had to call 3 times to chase someone to get a date set. The date to fix it was tomorrow (Aug 5th) and just got told due to a new employee error they cannot come out. We are now seeking legal advice. We paid $25k for bad workmanship and terrible customer service. UPDATE AUG 8th (in response to Patio Enclosures reply): After leaving the above review on Aug 4th, two workmen showed up to our house unexpectedly on August 5th and attempted to put 3/4" thick PVC lining OVER the warped columns to hide them. We had Patio Enclosures install our patio in November. The staff that came out was professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. They kept us updated on what was next, they even rolled our trash cans out one day. Talk about above and beyond! The craftsmanship was great! The administrative staff was equally professional and so friendly. We called about one of the screens having a snag in it and a finish for the edge of the stairs and deck, the office staff was so understanding, helpful, and accommodating. If you are considering a patio enclosure, I would without a doubt recommend PATIO ENCLOSURES……you will not be disappointed.
