We just had Patio Enclosures install new replacement windows and screens on our 3-season porch. The job looks beautiful and adds a classy look to our porch. The work was done professionally, on time as scheduled and was left spotless. Chris and his son (installers) are very skilled. Our sale rep Jared Crane did a wonderful job helping us decided what we wanted to have done and the final work was just as promised. Savina Bourget (local Operations Administrator) was also very helpful in keeping me informed of the job status from start to finish. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend Patio Enclosures.

They rang the doorbell no one answered and they helped theirselves to the backyard And left the gates open, so my animals can get out. I spoke to them about it before and she told me it would be fixed it never was. They didn’t flash the sidings correctly they Mickey mouse it: on top of that ms Savina has told me the doors they have would need to be reordered since it has a rainbow and it’s oil leaking in the glass and now she is saying she never said that a

Greg was very personable and provided me with information about patio enclosures. In addition, he offered me a favorable discount which I expressed an interest in and told him I needed time to discuss with my husband. He was courteous and understood my need for additional time to think over the project.

3/2025 This is an update. Several months have passed and the patio enclosure has been completed and fully paid. I asked about a clean up of waste left from the project and no one has resolved the garbage left behind. Also, Patio Enclosures offered no compensation which is unreasonable that I am responsible for the cost to fix the damage created by Patio enclusres when building my porch. I hired and paid a Mason $1350 to fix the problem left behind. Take a look at what mess was left and the new contractor resolve. 9/2024 I am at the early stages of working on my new 4 season enclosure with Patio Enclosures. I wish I could say its been a smooth process but it hasn't been so far. I had to request updates since the contract was started (9/2024). It's now (January 2025) and nothing to show oth

The installers (James and Joe) went way above and beyond. Working tirelessly in extreme heat, but never missed a detail. They were a pleasure to have on my property. The window quality is beyond what I imagined, they are like mini sliding glass doors. I’m the envy of the neighborhood. We enclosed and existing front porch. I am allergic to bees and swell up with mosquito bites so this was a critical project for me. Now I can enjoy the outdoors at night while staying safe. Well worth the money for me, and with low financing it was a “no brainer,” plus a warranty. You are getting a lot for the price. I just am waiting on the door which was delayed due to COVID.
