We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The customer service provided by Rhonda Tobias was outstanding — she was always kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Our salesperson Sam Machacek was fantastic as well — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. A huge thank you to Marty Flannelly, the construction crew supervisor, for keeping everything on track and ensuring the work was done right. His professionalism really showed. And the construction team, Alex and Juan, did an incredible job. Their hard work, attention to detail, and pride in their craftsmanship were impressive. What started as a screened-in porch was beautifully transformed into a sunroom with screens,

We just met with David Kibbe of Patio Enclosures. He has a great personality and we immediately developed a comfortable rapport. Instead of jumping right into the sales pitch we chatted about life, e.g., our move to SC, home improvement projects, restaurants, etc. He then measured our patio and mocked up a display of our sunroom on his tablet. We could see what the sunroom would actually look like on our house from inside and out. He also had a sample of their window/door frames. The product is very well constructed and would no doubt stand up to extreme weather. It is durable enough to stand the test of time and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Great presentation showing hiw excellent sun room looks on our patio...it was the price for me I didn't want to finance wanted to pay cash but not that much
