Yesterday I was faced with water damage in My basement. It has never occurred before. The 4-6 Inches was enough to damage and ruin my 14 yr old furnace. Nick, The service man who got my "help " call tried his darndest to try to revive it. DEAD, inoperable! He immediately called his boss David Patrick, the owner. It was explained in detail to me what happened. The only choice was to put a new system in. I want everyone to know that this company put my situation as a priority! They arrived at 9 am and all 4 service guys...Nick, James, Nino, and business manager Shawn worked straight through till 230 ish with no am or lunch breaks. We had an odd issue in the middle of winter - heat was stuck on! It was over 80 degrees in the house...I called initially on a Thursday, the technician came right over, ran a quick electrical test on our boiler system, and said that we needed a new circuit board and it would cost about $1200. He was only there for about 15 minutes and said he would likely be back the next day to replace it. Now I fully comprehend that in the middle of the winter, they get lots of calls for people that need heat...that's understandable and I was patient. They were unable to come back on that Friday to put it in - they had a lot of calls for folks with no heat. Ok... that's fine...I get it... it's brutally cold outside... those take priority... Called on Monday, they couldn't get to me...ok, no problem...T

Shockingly poor follow up service after the installation, which was fine; our newly installed units failed to operate properly..we now have two of their new units that do not function despite repeated phone calls that led to promises to repair their defective units "later". Beware - they install units just fine but seem to walk away if the units do not work. We have no heat....PLEASE NOTE!!!! .EDIT AFTER THEIR DENIAL BELOW!!!!!....the two installed heaters are under my husband's name in Verona....they were done by you, Patrick Heating...they both failed after installation and you keep refusing to come and repair them....this is not work to stand by! We have no heat and when we call you we get stories....and you do not take responsibility and will not come and repair....

Today I had a new central air installation by Patrick Heating. My old system finally let go. I called and they sent a technician immediately to analyze the issue. After troubleshooting it for 30 minutes, Tech stated what I already knew. Time for a new unit. After a few hours Dave personally came over and showed me exactly what was needed for the job and stated how long it would take. Dave’s support staff called me two days prior and gave me a time and day they would arrive. Sean “Dave’s son” showed up with techs and completed the task very quickly. I think this needs to be said, they did not leave one thing behind, screws, sheet metal pieces or garbage.
