Patrick air is AMAZING. We are staying at an AirBnB and called them the night before. They showed up the next morning at 9am sharp. Alex was the technician and quickly identified the problem and corrected it. I’m less than an hour the house was back to normal. Alex, thank you so much sir for your hard work and professionalism. Your communication skills and ability to explain the problem in a way we can understand is superb. I will forever use this company for ALL of my AC needs and refer them as much as I can. Good morning, this is a sad day. I have used this service for my house with no issues. But my service tech was Hannah and she was amazing. But they can’t seem to get decent receptionist/ secretary. When we used them the one the had was absolutely garbage. I would call and call and get no call backs. My husband calls and they send someone out right away that doesn’t seem right. I told them and they said they looking for someone else, last one wasn’t right for for company. Not to mention last 2-3 times I called all I wanted was filter they had promised me 3-4 last times they came out. From Patrick the owner himself. Well the finally get me one because it is custom, you can’t just buy at the store. And it cost me $100.00. Which wasn’t right, when I paid I wrote a letter about it. Patrick call

PatrickAir, LLC outta Venice, Florida? They're the gosh darn KISS of HVAC, baby! Yeah, you heard me right. Forget those other fly-by-night outfits, those lukewarm opening acts that leave you broke and not cool. PatrickAir comes in like a comet, the best damn comfort you ever felt in this wacky SWFL-heat baybay. And just like the Demon spittin' fire or Starchild wailin' a high note that shatters glass, they DELIVER! Within 2-days I had both my units diagnosed, literally rebuilt, and working better than they have in the 7+years I have lived here. Price is price. You get what you pay for here in Florida and I do not mind paying for top care, accurate knowledge and service when you get results like this. I live in a near 4000 sq foot home with 2 units. Both these units NEVER worked this good.

Patrick (Owner) and Patrick Air is one of the best HVAC companies around, they are professional, timely and tidy during their work, they make our customers very happy! We will always refer customers to them. I recently had my AC replaced at my home and it was perfect and quality work.
