UPDATE: I have had 4 project pieces that needed new glass and Patrick’s Glass always hits it out of the ballpark! I’ll sometimes come in with pieces for them to give me the best measurements with sample glass for thickness. They always wrap the glasses and load up my pieces for me, which helps tremendously, given that I am in my transplant recovery phase. My latest project piece, an Adrian Pearsall walnut table, needed a 36” diameter glass. They gave me a great price and threw in free silicon dome placements for the glass to hold still! I cannot thank them enough and will continue to do business with them while I’m in the area! Quality in customer care is beyond outstanding and ethically minded! Thank you! Patrick’s Glass is completely transparent and great to work with. We reside in Roanoke but own a rental in Newport News. It’s not unusual for a contractor/business to take advantage of us because we live so far away. Ryan and his team delivered/installed exactly what was proposed (quality windows) and even repaired some older windows while onsite. We Highly recommend Patrick’s Glass for all your needs!!!

I am blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism shown by Patrick’s Glass! I had a HUGE reclaimed single paned window with a mural of Hampton City painted on it. I couldn’t move the painting/glass without destroying it… not with a general truck for sure. When I reached out to Ryan, he didn’t think twice! He said that they would gladly transport the artwork! His love for the Hampton community and individualized service showed with his communication and expediency of the move! It was a success! Back door got busted I almost made the mistake of buying whole new door. Called Patrick's Glass on a whim . Great decision ! Ryan and all the people I dealt with top notch. They made it so easy. Highly recommend professional , reasonable, and saved me a lot of money and hassle by not having to replace whole door.
