Outstanding experience from first contact through job completion. Scope of work (SOW) was Soft wash full exterior of home, Soft wash TPO roof including exterior of gutters, Soft wash screened in lanai, lanai floor and ceiling and Surface cleaning of concrete pad in the service yard. Price was reasonable based on SOW. Tiffany is a very knowledgeable and attentive communicator in person, via text, email and voice who managed the process from estimate to final billing. The crew of Frank and Dream executed the SOW on property. They did an excellent job and were affable, professional in all aspects of their work and respectful to the property. I'm a firm believer of supporting local family owned and operated small businesses and found Patrick's. From the initial inquire to job completion Patrick's was top notch. Would strongly recommend Patrick's, and will return for more great work by them. After 2 hurricanes left our place in shambles, getting a good house cleaning and deck sealing was very important. In my 28 years at our home we've had a lot of disappointments from other services; Patrick's is the best we've ever seen. They are not going to be the cheapest...but they certainly are the best, and you'll never have to be disappointed again. I especially liked their organized scheduling, always notifying at every step. There are quality staff behind the scenes that make all that magic happen; timely quotes, scheduling, notifications, etc. 5-stars for them too!
