I called 3 other companies before Patriot’s, and all of them spent 30+ minutes checking the system and told me I needed a full AC replacement. Scott from Patriot’s figured out the real issue in about a minute — it was just the thermostat. Super honest, professional, and reasonably priced. Really appreciate the help. Highly recommend!

I just cannot say enough good things about Patriot Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC and Scott!!! We woke up in the middle of the night to heat pumping out instead of cool air and the house was 85°! After checking everything my husband knew how to do, we ended up calling Scott. Instead of immediately coming out and charging us, he gave us some pointers that he was quite sure would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it did not so we called him back and the next day he came out and found a short in the wiring and fixed it. At that point he could’ve left without saying another word but instead he shared that he noticed the fan was not taking off like it should, and in fact, as he was showing me the low meter readings, he had to manually push the blade it to get it to start running. First time using Patriot Air and they were great. Super helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Did a great check and made sure everything was operating efficiently and correctly, even checked wires and connections. Was open about the age of our system and the condition it was in but not pushy or trying to upsell anything. Definitely using them again.

Very quick response to our service request call with the tech arriving quite late in the afternoon. He was thorough and spent time assessing the system. He didn’t have pricing but he said that they would check our warranty coverage on our behalf. I received the call and the parts were covered. Repairs are scheduled for tomorrow - we are extremely happy with their service and their pricing. We have used other providers but nobody has compared. Not even close.

Scott was fantastic and was able to help us get our heat working. I would highly recommend reaching out to Patriot to get a second opinion before you make any decisions regarding replacement or repair of your current A/C unit.
