I had a new water heater and a booster pump installed. The crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job. The lead on the project was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions that I had. He made sure to explain the system to me properly, Because it was a newer type of system!! They completed the job in a timely matter, cleaned up after themselves and left!!! 10 out of 10 service!!!!

Patriot Air Solutions was available during a water leak emergency and prompt to have someone available. TJ was knowledgeable and quick to get the issue rectified. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed promptly. Besides all that, he was extremely polite. I will be using them for maintenance of both my plumbing and HVAC systems.

Amazing customer service and work. I’ve been using patriot solutions since 2021 and they are always my go to for my HVAC needs. From my home to my business they are always the first I call. John came out over the 4th of July to fix my AC in 2021 replaced the whole unit and I’ve been using them ever since. Diego always comes and gets my gym units squared away when they have issues no matter the season. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Patriot Air Solutions was excellent. I had an issue with my heating system on a Sunday and gave them a call. They were prompt in arriving, assessing the issue, and putting in place a solution to get us through to Monday due to not having the part on hand. Follow up on Monday was quick and a technician came out installed the new part and was on the way within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, technical experience, and work.
