Overall I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. When I first called them, an associate picked up the phone on my first attempt (unlike other people that I would call and only get an answering machine). I wanted an estimate and the gentleman offered to come out the next day (which was a Saturday). After some time they gave me my estimate which explained everything. They also let me make some additions before the scheduled date. On the day of the install 2 guys came out to do the work. They were courteous and professional (even were playful with my dogs). They went about their business, confirmed a couple details, and went over everything when they were done. So, basically, I wasn't bothered at all by them being there.
