Place says they’re open till 4pm. (Which is already pretty weak) we called in telling them we’d be there at 3:45. The said “if we’re here, we’re here.. show up at 3:45 and the doors are locked and everyone’s gone. Maybe if they were open longer, they could afford a nicer warehouse.

Came here before closing and called to let the know I AM ON MY WAY be there at 3:50, the guy on the phone snuggly said…. Well if I’m here I’m here. So I rush to get there arrive at 3:48 and these guys are locking up scouting to their vechile before I arrive. I watch them hop in their cars and leave. Closing shop 12 min before I get there. What a great establishment closing before their posted online hours

Good guys here. They got my paperwork and had me back into the middle dock to unload just after my arrival shortly after 7 am. Drivers, I came in the south entrance and was able to pull far enough to get it jacked into the middle dock. Had to nose into the dock area of the other building to do it. If you're a fan of blindsiding, feel free to give it a go. *Note, location is literally just south of Florida turnpike exit 97.

You guys have good products BUT the process to purchase is horrible, I’m a contractor and I always purchase products from your stores but takes up to 10 min for a sales rep to process an order, your system is absolutely outdated, please make the things easier so we don’t have to struggle every morning to make a payment

They always have what I want great service too... Convenient locations...
