Company replaced heater control board 2 years ago with a remanufactured part. Part failed and was replaced. Heater still not working. I get that things happen, but why is it like pulling teeth to come out and do the rework? Twice i was told "we'll be out this afternoon" only to have no one show up and not recieve any notification that they weren't coming out. I called twice this morning during listed business hours. No answer. How do you stay in business if you dont want to service your customers equipment?

I have tried 3 separate companies to come out and take a look at our sink. Luckily, there was a truck outside of my neighbors home & I decided to give them a call. Chris came immediately after finishing my neighbor’s job & was in and out within the hour. I will be using Patriot plumbing from now on. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend using them.

Patriot provided outstanding service in installing a dual sump system in my home. Chris was the technician that was sent out to do the job. His workmanship was impeccable, with every detail carefully attended to. He was highly professional, arriving on time, communicating clearly, and leaving my basement spotless. He exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

I took the day off because I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. No one showed up. I called about an hour later. No one answered. I left a message. No one called back. I called a little after noon and someone answered. Without me providing details, other than the time, he told me the address and phone number for the 9am appointment which was in the book. He seemed shocked that no one came out. He then said it was due to an "emergency" and he was going to personally come out around 2. Guess what....that was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting!!!! Don't rely in this company. They will leave you in the cold!

Showed up on time, professional. Wore covers over shoes not to track mess. Had them here for plumbing need. Great job all around
