Scott was easy to work with and went above and beyond. Helene left our yard in a mess. We needed grading, an out building moved, and a new fence. He was able to do it all and his price was fair. We have gotten many complements in the fence.

I had Patriot Outdoor design install a fence over 5 years ago and they did a great job! Scott called me back within minutes of leaving a message and we set up an appt. He arrived a few min early, which is rare these days and he gave us a quote quickly. We gave him the down payment, and he stated when he would come do the job. But this was late 2020, covid was still going around and Scott and his crew got it. But he promised as soon as they were feeling better and through the quarantine period they would come out. While we were out of town, they came and put up the fence. When we got home, we inspected it and saw a couple of minor issues which Scott had fixed immediately. Scott just finished a 3 large deck (approx 1100 SF total) tear down and rebuild for me. It looks great. His crew worked hard, very meticulous, and very aware of keeping the property clean and undamaged. Went beyond my expectations, not requiring any rework along with a competitive price. Started the project on time and never missed a beat. I would recommend this company for your projects.

I hired Scott and POD&M to replace a cantilevered wooden balcony on the rear of our home. He first determined the existing support structure was sound and provided an initial estimate. My wife found a picture on the internet which she wanted. He gladly made the substitution and gave her what she wanted. The crew worked hard, completed the job on time as promised and removed all debris. The hurricane arrived the next day and the balcony was spared. However, the damage to our gravel driveway caused by the equipment required to remove 15 downed trees (by another company) was extensive. Scott and his company came in and repaired it promptly. Scott and his crew did an amazing job on our property cleaning up a major mess after the hurricane that came through. They rebuilt our privacy fence and fixed other fence damage on our property.
