I highly recommend this company. I first called the early morning freaking out because I found nice poop under my bathroom sink. I got a call back within an hour from an extremely personable and kind woman named Lynda. She was so sweet and scheduled us the next day! Nate came out to check and treat our home for mice and we had a great experience. He was extremely thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. He even took the time to check our attic which doesn’t have any accessibility, in which he had to bring in his own ladder. I originally told him he didn’t have to check bc we go up there maybe once every five years. He wanted to check every space and it turned out that’s where a big part of the problem was. I had decided to not write reviews but Patriots service has been above expectations. At onset, Lynda was 100% supportive to correct our mouse problem and Eric was at our house the following day inspecting and explaining the process. Everything was explained to both myself and wife (who was frantic) and we knew that they should give our mice a new home. THX Patriot.
