I have used Patriot Plumbing on two occasions. While our first interaction with the company was great, when things go wrong, Patriot Plumbing disclaims any responsibility and turns to blaming the innocent customer. In August, we called Patriot Plumbing to perform regular servicing on our acid neutralizer system for our well water. Part of the service was to refill it with media. The system had never caused us any problems. Immediately following the service, my wife and I awoke to find that our basement had flooded. The acid neutralizer system had discharged all the media that the Patriot Plumbing technician had just put in, clogging our drain and sewer pipes in the home. I immediately contacted my insurance company as well as Patriot Plumbing. At first, Patriot was very apologetic.

I used patriot back in 2008 to move my heater to the garage. At that time they gave me a good price and everything went fine. Fast forward to today. I had a sudden loss of water pressure on the hot side. I come to find out they used the same pex for the heater for household water. The pex they used has alluvium in it. Over time the inner tubing worn down and exposed the aluminum which eventually broke up causing a blockage. Long story short we been drinking aluminum for who knows how long and it cost me 1200 to fix improper craftsmanship. To show you the competence level of the company when they hooked up my thermostat they sent a mechanic that is color blind. Nothing against the tec, he was a cool guy but it made me SMH. Eric was awesome! Washing machine fill faucets. He told me everything he was doing every step of the way and help me understand where my water cut offs are to the house in general 10 out of 10. Recommend to anybody will be calling again if I ever have another plumbing issue.

Patriot plumbing is fantastic! The techs are detail oriented, professional and personable. They have been to our home numerous times and were able to correct an issue other plumbers simply put a bandaid on. We recently remodeled our master bathroom, with a complicated layout and patriot plumbings techs did a superlative job! As a realtor I have witnessed the work of many plumbers. I now recommend only Patriot plumbing.
