Patriot Pool & Spa

I use Patriot Pool as my weekly service. We use the house as a vacation home so we're only there maybe once or twice a month so it's really important to us to have a dependable pool service to clean and maintain the pool so it's swim ready at any moment when we arrive. It always is. The tech sends us weekly reports with pictures and details on chemicals and quantity used. They also inspect the equipment & mechanicals for any issues. Luckily for us they do, as last month the tech discovered a small leakage which resulted in some O-rings replacement. When they find a problem necessitating repairs, they email a detailed invoice stating the problem, parts needed and repair description with a breakdown of all costs. Patriot (and it's predecessors) have taken care of our Pool since we built in 2013...Since Patriot has taken over and Walt as GM the quality of service has improved significantly! We currently have an awesome tech in Gian!Anytime, due to seasonal factors, the pool has challenges, they are incredibly responsive! Highly Recommend 👍

Billy Kidd, Patriot Pool & Spa, was determined and persistent to find the answers to why our fairly new jacuzzi was loosing water so quickly. We so appreciated his dedication to giving great customer service and keeping us happy because we know it was not a leak. Tyler Kidd is our pool maintenance engineer. He has been ABSOLUTELY awesome! I would give him 6 stars if I could!! He has helped us take a badly neglected pool and restore it to it's former glory! He is always polite and respectful, courteous and friendly. He's so good I actually consider him a friend. His knowledge and work ethic are superior, and is very good and patient at explaining answer to my many questions. We are just delighted at our results, and would highly recommend Tyler to anyone who asks. He is simply the best at what he does!! You would be MOST fortunate to have Tyler as YOUR pool maintenance engineer!

Joseph Roby provides our weekly pool maintenance and does an outstanding job! The pool has never looked better! Joey is personable, efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciate him and his excellent service.
