Pat's Glass & Overhead Door

We bought a home in McCall about 10 years ago and Pats glass had a warranty on the windows. As a requirement of the sale, Pats had to replace a large window that had failed. This window failed again. Many of the other windows are also failing and had to be replaced. There is no reason a window should have failed this badly after such a short time. We had a horrible customer service experience with them and the quality of the windows and the work is very bad. Find another window place. Buyer beware! Attaching images of the window. It almost fell apart as it was being taken out..you can see water dripping between the panes, the failed seal, and the foggy appearance before it was removed. Pats responded that these are wood set windows but they are vinyl windows. The new company that
