Waited all day for this company to show up, no call, nothing, to tell me they were not coming. Called on Tuesday (4th) and he told me he could come out Thursday (6th)

Pat and his people did an extraordinary job. I was hesitant to call anyone out to look at my furnace because I know there are too many companies that will tell you to replace the whole unit rather than go with the fix that's a fraction of the cost because they make more off it, but not Pat. If you want someone with integrity that is not going to try and up sell you, don't look any further. If I could give a 10/5 stars, I would.

My 25-30 year old furnace was ready for replacement. A competitor misdiagnosed it and then wanted $6k to replace it. I spent some time diagnosing it myself and was able to confirm my diagnosis with Pat over the phone. He then came out and looked over what would be involved in replacing my furnace and gave me an approximate cost with labor hours being the main variable. The install must have gone smoothly as the final bill was near the bottom of his estimate, which was just over half of what the competitor quoted. The electrical, plumbing, and duct work all looks great compared to what was there before or what I would have done myself.

Pats heating and cooling is the only one that I will call to fix my furnace. He is always polite and his services are reasonable. I have told friends about him and they like him also. Thank you pat you are the best

Pat was so helpful, I told him what was going on with my furnace and he talked me thru what to do and it worked to get my furnace running again. I was so thankful, it was like -20 and I was so worried about pipes freezing. I called alot of furnace places and had to leave messages but pat answered and took the time to try to see if we could get it running until the new parts come in. Thank you pat, sooo much!!!!
