Once we approved the estimate within our budget, we were quickly approved for the loan needed to complete the replacement of our outdated NG furnace and old gas lines. Each tech arrived on time or just before the appointment time preceded by a phone call and or text from the dispatcher. On this visit, they had the furnace out quickly and took the proper steps to installing the new high efficiency furnace with care. Patterson saved the day! My water heater went out and I can't thank Jesse enough for assessing the problem and even getting on with manufacturer Tech Support to troubleshoot! Through careful assessment, it was determined that I needed a new tankless water heater. My new tankless water heater was installed by Devon and Ray, they were so easy to work with and they did a great job answering my questions. They took a lot of time to make sure everything was done correctly and is inspection ready!

Awesome business and I am very happy with the service I received, fixing issues the original plumber refused to fix their mistake. Pattersons employees did it quickly, letting me know exactly what was wrong and what they would be doing to fix it. The employees were pleasant, clean, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.
