Patterson’s Septic Tank Cleaning

We were having a serious issue with a clog that was causing clog to back up into our tubs and toilets on a Sunday. We called multiple companies but no one could help us until Monday. This would have meant that we would not have been able to take showers, flush our toilets, wash clothes, or use any water until midday Monday. One call and Brandon came. Even after explaining that he was getting married and was trying to take care of wedding tasks. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had to have my septic tank pumped. First place to answer my call! Was supposed to come out Tuesday originally, but they had a very busy day. The person before me had a worse situation than I did that needed immediate attention and it took them longer than expected. Stayed in touch to keep me updated when they would get to me. Had to reschedule me for first thing in the morning but showed up right on time the next day! Even went out of his way to fix the cap to my septic. Very kind and friendly, great communication, punctual, fair price. Would highly recommend!

When a septic company shows up with a clean truck, and clean hoses too, you know they have pride in their job. Did a great job and did it quick. Price was good and he was very friendly as well!! I don't need to use them very often, but I know who I'm gonna call again when I do.

I called this company to pump my septic tank Thursday and he said he was busy but could be here Friday morning. He quoted me $425 which seemed fair. Friday I get a call from Brandon saying the road is too bad and he would have to come back empty or something but said it would be $500, I reluctantly agreed as i am a single mother and needed service immediately. Saturday evening came around and still no sign of them so I tried to call them but no answer or return calls. I Had to call another company who fortunately was in the area and came out within an hour.

My experience with Patterson septic was exceptional. Brandon took time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He arrived on time and his equipment was very clean. I highly recommend this business.
