He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly test our water both at the well and through our current system. He clearly explained the results, what they meant, and walked us through our options without any pressure. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest and patient. We really appreciated his time and expertise.

Another great service by Patterson! They installed and serviced out water softener system for years and I have nothing but good things to say. They keep me informed throughout the process by sending info on who will be coming to service my equipment and alerts when they are on the way. The rep we goy today, Jeremiah, was professional and kept me well informed of the issues/ repairs needed to keep our system running at its best. Highly recommended business.
